Have you always wanted to draw but didn't know where to start? Our hands-on drawing class series with instructor Michele Niedermeyer at Caldwell-Lake George Library has been a huge hit! Participants are learning the basics of drawing, including:
- Understanding value and simple perspective
- Creating depth and realism in their drawings
- Working with graphite, charcoal, ink, and color pencils
- Drawing still lifes, everyday objects, and from observation
Each session includes demos, guided practice, and supportive feedback to help participants grow as artists. Basic materials are provided, along with worksheets for further practice, homework suggestions, and a materials list to build your own collection.
