Music and Movement #2

Beth Jacobs will be holding two Music and Movement programs, the first being geared more towards younger kids and the second towards older ones!

Program session #2:

This program is aimed at older participants, is about forty five minutes in length, and follows a similar pattern but it involves mostly dances Beth has developed over the years to world music that she has created working in preschool and elementary education.

Instead of singing rhymes, the participants may create a “movement play” by individually referencing something in a book, creating a move for it and talking briefly about the subject.
