Music and Movement #1

Beth Jacobs will be holding two Music and Movement programs, the first being geared more towards younger kids and the second towards older ones!

Program session #1:

This program is aimed mostly at preschoolers, is about thirty minutes in length. A basic introduction of dance and stretch combined with sharing of rhythm instruments and some accompaniment by world music. We will use library books to find images for the dances which are accompanied by the singing of rhyming song. This program is based largely on the songs and dances Beth has developed over the years as a music and movement teacher.
