As part of our Healthy Living Series, the Caldwell-Lake George Library will host a 4 week “Mindfulness Meditation” practice beginning Thursday April 18th
@ 6:00 pm.
These 60 minute workshops offer a basic introduction to the theory and practice of mindfulness meditation as well as its physical, psychological and spiritual benefits.
In addition to April 18th, workshops will be held on the following dates from 6pm-7pm:
April 25th , May 2nd & May 9th.
